Improve has been developed with EU funding as a simple methodology to assess the level of the management of innovation in organisations with between 4 and 200 employees. It is essential that all new businesses are launched with one or more innovation features and that for existing businesses to survive they must constantly review innovation ideas and have a system in place to identify, select and implement them. The key ingredient is to ensure that the management of innovation is up to the task.
